We tend to work with larger organizations, in the 25-200 user range, but we do give consideratoin to smaller clients when there’s a strong match of their needs and our skills, and they have adequately budgeted for this important initiative.
Current and Recent Projects
- Developed a KYC (Know Your Client) and Compliance auditor using CRM for an international financial firm in accordance with SEC regulations, lot’s of custom modules, integration with WorkDrive for document archival, workflow, blueprints, notifications, and security!
- Converted 100+ data sources (CSVs, Excel) into a united CRM for a startup sports league from their acquisitions to build a email marketing system to drive buyers to their Shopify site, integrated with CRM.
- Wrote a complex configuration/Validator for Deals, generating one+ Work Orders, pushed to individual Projects in Zoho Projects, integrating with Zoho Books for Sales Orders, and synced with QuickBooks.
- Piloted and contributed the code to the first CRM <-> Sage ERP synchronization solution for 160 users, including 90+ field reps to write Quotes, including approval flow, discount rules, submission to Customer Service. Client also moved from paper support and new product requests to Desk-based application for internal and client issue tracking.
A word about onshore vs. offshore consultants. We are fully onshore, and naturally, our rates are higher than our offshore competitors, and for a reason. Offshore consultants work efficiently, albeit outside our normal business hours. And offshore consultants will usually do exactly what you ask them to do. No more, no less. How can we compete?
