Just 19 Zoho Partners from around the world, including 4 from the US, were invited to participate. The agenda will include in-depth learning on the range of Zoho applications, with a particular emphasis on those that play a key role and integrate tightly and smoothly with Zoho CRM. We'll meet Product Management, Product Developers (Engineers), Inside Sales and Key Management and learn about the Product Road Maps for the future. Zoho has over 2,000 employees around the world, of which 1,900 are located in their Chennai Office, so this will be a great opportunity to meet people, many for the first time, that I regularly Skype with. We'll return with a deeper knowledge of and greater ability to provide complete solutions to solve the complex needs of the expanding Zoho user base. I'll file reports and a trip summary upon my return.
