Fluitec implemented Sage CRM to integration with their Sage ACCPac Accounting, and as with other clients of ours, the integration never met Fluitec’s expectations. We converted their Sage CRM data, in it’s entirety, into their new Zoho CRM over a 3-day weekend, and conducted learning on the morning of Go Live. Shortly thereafter, Fluitec spun up Zoho Books, and rather than migrate their accounting data, imported their trial balances and ran both in parallel, and we even configured Zoho Books to handle 5 worldwide financial entities within a single Zoho Books, relying on Tagging and Zoho Analytics to break out financial reporting by entity.
